Forms of Payment
For online orders we can accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, Personal Checks and Money Orders. With personal check and money order transactions, we will HOLD your online order until payment has been received at our offices.MI Residents: Michigan residents that are tax exempt, please send us the proper tax exempt form; otherwise, 6% sales tax will be added to your total.

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it. However, during holidays, sales, and sometimes unexpected busy times processing may take up to 2-3 business days.
Occasionally we run out of stock of particular items rather unexpectedly, necessitating an "Out Of Stock" notice on your invoice. While we may have the item in stock at the time that you placed your order, by the time it reaches processing we have realized an unexpected stock deficiency. We will attempt to contact you in this event with options regarding the particular item.
Please Note: In the event that we are unable to make contact and you receive an "Out Of Stock" notice on your invoice, we simply ask that you reorder at a later date, usually within 1-2 weeks.
LOCAL CUSTOMERS: We are an internet-based business. We do sometimes allow local customers to pick-up preordered with advanced arrangements only.
Returns
We DO NOT accept returns on Body Care Products to insure the high quality of our product. We suggest if you are unsure regarding an item that you contact us regarding a sample. There will be a nominal fee of $2.00 per sample requested plus shipping charges. You will be given a future $2.00 credit on your purchase of any item you requested a sample for.With that being said...we know we are human, and if you receive the wrong order, we will be more than happy to replace the item with shipping included. If something of that nature would ever happen, please email us or call us within 7 business days and we will give you instructions for returns. Other products may be returned within 30 days of date of purchase. Item must be unused and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for notifying us of the return and for return shipping costs.
Damaged Items should be reported immediately to UPS/Fed-Ex. We do not offer a refund for damaged items. If damage should occur we would do everything we can to assist you in filing a claim and will replace items in question as soon as the claim is satisfied.
